We drove out to Tulsa in the spring from Chicago, found a branch of our bank, spoke with a mortgage specialist, and were introduced to you. You have been a true blessing! On our two housing hunting trips to Tulsa, you showed us beautiful homes in our price point, oriented us to the city and suburbs, answered numerous questions, and even recommended wonderful dining spots! Gabbrielle Streeter is the most wonderful realtor I have ever come in contact with. My husband and I had two wonderful opportunities to have her work for us. In working with G we had identified a home we would like to place an offer on. Prior to placing that offer G pointed out another home in the neighborhood with a "for sale by owner" sign. Looking at the exterior of the home my husband and I automatically recognized the home was larger than the ones we were looking at and although we would love the extra space we assumed the home was out of our price range. Despite our reaction G called and got information on the home and we soon found the home was in deed larger but was in fact within our price range. We set up a time to tour the home and loved it instantly. G worked very quickly and into the wee hours of the night getting our offer ready. An agreement was made and shortly after the home was ours. Six months after having moved into our home, which we loved, my husband received a job offer out of state that was too good to pass up. Although we loved our new home it was time for us to sell. We knew just who to call, G. She was at our home that very evening we gave her a call and our home was listed by the next morning. My husband and I made plans for me to stay behind until the house sold while he went out of state to start his new job. We made the plans but the plans were not needed. Within 48 hours of our home being listed it was under contract to be sold. My husband and I were able to leave together to start his new job knowing that G would take care of all that was needed to close on the home. She made sure that everything happened the way it was supposed to and on time and was very knowledgeable. I leaned on her for everything.
